Prep Curriculum

In Prep we focus on core subjects to build confidence across English, Mathematics and Science. The girls are taught by subject specialists from Year 1 and have their progress constantly monitored to keep them on track to reach their full potential. We supplement our teaching through IT support, trips, visiting speakers and whole school projects such as commemorating the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta. In the Summer Term, Year 6 girls follow a revised timetable to complete the Prep Elizabeth Godolphin Award which supports their transition to Senior School by giving them the opportunity to learn new skills and gain new qualifications to smooth their transition to the Senior School.
